AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, hardware-isolated key custody for the sovereign identity layer. Independently audited annually.
Every citizen may revoke consent for any optional data category at any time through the e-Government portal. Mandatory civic records are retained for the legally defined period and then deleted.
