Citizenship
Citizenship is granted by the Court following verification. Sovereign credentials remain the property of the Kingdom and may be suspended for cause as defined in the Constitution.

Economic instruments
Kush Kanda, sovereign bonds and treasury products carry their own prospectuses. Read them. The Kingdom does not provide individual investment advice.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with sovereign infrastructure, impersonate citizens or officials, or use services to violate the laws of your home jurisdiction.

Liability
Services are provided as a sovereign function, not as a commercial product. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom.

Jurisdiction
Disputes are heard by the Royal Court of Kush, with optional arbitration under the Nile Convention for non-citizens.

Changes
Material changes are announced via the Press page at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
